As the temperature slowly works its way higher up on the thermometer, The suns golden hue creates beauty for photographers- like myself. If you have no idea what you're doing while the sun is in its prime, its easy to get bad shots and for your photos to be under or over exposed.
Prepare Yourself
Before you venture out to find a perfect golden hour place, make sure that you charge your camera battery and bring different lenses (if you have). Also, make sure to have your camera on the right settings.
Location is Key
There are loads of places that you can go to to capture the perfect golden hour photo. Personally, I absolutely love to take pictures of architecture; the sun brings out beautiful hues and shadows which make the buildings appear very moody. Beaches are also breathtaking during golden hour!
Early Birds Always Win the Worm!
One major tip I have is to ALWAYS get to your location a few minutes beforehand so that you don't miss your opportunity! I hope this helps you out next time you are trying to get the most beautiful sunset shot!
