Lets Be Real...
Unless your an extremely serious photographer who has a setup in an actual studio, you probably won't invest in expensive lights. I don't even have lights to use... so your probably wondering... "how do you get different color pictures?"
Easier Than It Looks
You don't need to go out and buy anything... yes- it's that simple. The pictures above, I took by myself without anyone holding lights or a set up in my room. You can even bring it with you wherever you are!
So, How Do I Do It?
Take any electronic device- preferably a computer- and google the color you want your pictures to be. Then, make it full-screen on whatever device you are using and put your brightness all the way up to get the full effect. In my pictures, I used my laptop. To get a contrasting effect, you can use two devices (i.e. a phone and laptop) to get two different colors to really bring out the depth in the photo.

Everyone always forgets about the best color that can be used not just for effect, but for amazing lighting....
WHITE
I know; its mind-blowing.
Using white gives your pictures more brightness and makes your pictures really come to life. Honestly, It's so much fun to just fool around with different colors. So, me being me, I grabbed a couple of friends and made them model for me while I played around with the colors. If you ever are hanging out with friends... try using different colors while taking pics!
